At Narcista, we are committed to providing the best possible shopping experience for you. As part of our service, we offer a standard 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please ensure that the product remains in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all attached tags, and in its original packaging, including both paper and fabric packaging if applicable.

When returning an item, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know the reasons for your return. Your feedback is important to us, as Narcista is a brand that continually seeks to improve and grow.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of production defects or mistaken orders.

If you have received the wrong size or item, or if there is a production defect, contact us promptly at or through our contact form, and we will cover the returning shipping expenses.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 



Exchanges are an easy and efficient way to obtain the desired item. To exchange a product, simply return the previous purchase in the specified condition and place a new order for the item you wish to have. Due to limited quantities at Narcista, this method ensures you secure the desired item before it becomes unavailable. Specific Items

Please note that specific items, such as swimwear, lingerie, or underwear, have special return practices.

For these types of items, returns are not eligible if they have been tried on without underwear or if the hygienic sticker has been removed. If these instructions are not adhered to, the return will not be accepted.



To assist you in caring for your garments, we have provided care labels with washing symbols and written instructions in English. However, if you require the instructions in Bulgarian, feel free to contact us at or via our contact form.

We kindly request that you follow the care label instructions to maintain the quality of your clothing, as items not treated according to these guidelines cannot be accepted for return.



Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll inform you about its status and if the refund is approved. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
