Domestic – Bulgaria
At Narcista's online store, we are committed to prompt and efficient order processing. If you place an order before 2 pm, it will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped on the next working day. For orders placed on a Friday after 2 pm or on a holiday, shipping will take place on the first working day after the weekend or holiday.
For domestic orders, the shipping time can vary between 1 to 5 working days. The team at Narcista will make every effort to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible.
We collaborate with two reliable delivery providers, Speedy and Econt, for deliveries within Bulgaria. You have the option to choose between delivery to your personal address or picking it up from their offices and pickup points. The delivery cost is determined by factors such as weight, size, and delivery location (city and address) and is calculated at checkout.
During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to review the various shipping rates applicable to your order destination. If you choose a delivery to Econt's or Speedy's office, make sure that you provide the address of the selected office during the previous step. It is important to note that the ultimate shipping cost may differ based on the weight, size, and delivery location of the items in your order.
For shipping within Bulgaria, the cost is determined by the general taxes charged by both delivery providers, ranging from 5 BGN to 12 BGN.

International – EU and NON-EU
The shipping principle for countries in Europe and outside of Europe is currently the same. We are actively researching to identify the best shipping solutions in terms of costs and delivery times, as well as identifying reliable courier companies for a smooth shipping experience. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on our progress.
Currently, we have the capability to ship to selected countries in addition to Bulgaria. To determine if we can deliver to your country, kindly review the dropdown menu during the checkout process.
