Domestic – Bulgaria
At Narcista's online store, we are committed to prompt and efficient order processing. If you place an order before 2 pm, it will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped on the next working day. For orders placed on a Friday after 2 pm or on a holiday, shipping will take place on the first working day after the weekend or holiday.
For domestic orders, the shipping time can vary between 1 to 5 working days. Rest assured that our team at Narcista will make every effort to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible.
We collaborate with two reliable delivery providers, Speedy and Econt, for deliveries within Bulgaria. You have the option to choose between delivery to your personal address or picking it up from their offices and pickup points. The delivery cost is determined by factors such as weight, size, and delivery location (city and address).
During the checkout process, you will see the message "Shipping fee should be paid separately on order arrival." Please be aware that the final shipping cost may vary slightly each time, depending on the weight, size, and delivery location of your items.
For shipping within Bulgaria, the cost is determined by the general taxes charged by both delivery providers, ranging from 5 BGN to 12 BGN.
